Welcome to our award winning health and fitness center which is owned and operated by Physical Therapists
Our highly skilled and supportive staff provide top quality, friendly service to help you reach your exercise goals through a comprehensive fitness program created just for you. Our expertise allows us to help those who are healthy as well as those contending with issues such as arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, cardiac disease, movement disorders and other health conditions.
To improve the health of people in the community by respecting, motivating and helping clients reach their personal goals and maximize their quality of life, under the care and guidance of licensed physical therapists.
Our beloved Zumba instructor, Keiko, was recently diagnosed with ALS. For years, she has filled our fitness center with boundless energy, encouragement, and joy.
Now, it is our turn to come together and show her and her family the same incredible support during this challenging time.
Contributions from this month-long fundraiser will help her cover significant financial expenses such as home modifications to make her house accessible, a wheelchair van, and around-the-clock home health care which can cost $5,000 a week.
Support of any kind is deeply appreciated and will directly help support Keiko and her family. Thank you for helping us rally around one of our own.
ALS Month-Long Bucket Challenge
We are raising funds for Keiko the entire month of August, and Peoplefit will match your donations! Every fundraising milestone we reach together unlocks a hilarious bucket challenge, giving our staff the chance to drench the owners!
