Zumba® Toning + Zumba Sentao®

This 60 minute class consists of two formats of Zumba putting extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles while improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories! Zumba® Toning helps you focus on specific muscle groups with added resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (provided for you). Zumba Sentao® combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves using a chair to get some serious core work done. *All Levels

This 30 minute class will improve your standing balance and increase your core strength. Have fun challenging your balance reactions in a safe environment, and at the same time, increasing your overall strength. *All Levels

Strength and Stability

This 30 minute class incorporates high level balance exercises with resistance training to improve both stability and strength. By using weights, bands, and other equipment, this class will increase your confidence in your balance abilities. **Intermediate

This 30 minute class focuses on toning the entire body with the use of body weight and wall exercises, modified Pilates, core training, and dumbbells. **Intermediate

Zumba®

This 60 minute Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and International music and dance moves. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning benefits. This class is great for beginners and all other levels. *All Levels

      *  6:30 p.m. Yoga with Asha

Yoga

This 60 minute class uses the ancient practice of bringing body, breath, and mind into balance. Class format is a unique fusion of traditional exercise with the ancient beauty and artistry of yoga postures. Benefits include flexibility, stress reduction and increased strength and mental focus. *All Levels

FRIDAY

      *  9:00 a.m. Functional Circuit Training with Michaela
(in-person only due to equipment needs)

This 30 minute class focuses on building core stability and full body strength while utilizing equipment in the facility. This will include the use of TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, stability balls, dumbbells, bands, and more in a circuit format. Held in person only because of the equipment used during class. *All Levels

This 30 minute class focuses on resistance training centered around stimulating all major muscle groups and movement patterns. Limited equipment used (dumbbells, bands) and includes both standing and floor exercises. Core included. **Intermediate
